@halreon the Packfile Limit Adjuster.asi file needs to be updated by the uploader to reflect the new update. Right now we will have to wait till he fixes it or someone else comes out with a updated .asi file
@noAgony it wont delete anything. it was just text added to the .bat shutdown command
he coded a .bat file to make a fake prompt that the hard drive will be deleted ... you are forced to click close and then your computer shutsdown. Its a old school harmless prank.. We did this in programing class
Here is code ( copy paste to note pad and save as tray.bat ) that will open the computer cd rom tray

@SeagulD at the top of the screen there is a upload button. Just click on it, fill in the details and submit it. Someone at 5mods will review the file and if it meets approval they will post it

The "unable to find pattern #15" issue is in the PackfileLimitAdjuster.asi file which can't be edited unless you are the person who made the .asi file which means we will have to wait till either @alloc8or edits the file and uploads a update or another modder creates a new Packfile Limit Adjuster.asi file.
You can remove the PackfileLimitAdjuster.asi file from your modded copy of GTA V but it may create conflicts with mods that need that .asi file to run ( no addon cars, peds ect )
Crashes game everytime.
@jared2235 one of my mods i had installed ( supra ) was a conflict for this mod. Soon as i removed it it worked fine and you could have the same problem.
