@iTrungChemxX I have been working on some other projects, but once time comes up I will develop this further.
@MyFinalHours I'm not sure why this would be happening. Try removing the ScriptHookVDotNet files, then run the game. If it works, add the DotNet files, but don't put my mod in the scripts folder. If it works, then the problem is within my mod. If it doesn't work, the problem is with ScriptHookVDotNet. Just reply to this message with the results.
@drwills83 Once the modding abilities in GTA V develop more, this mod will develop alongside it. Whenever model adding/world creation is possible, I will add it to my mod.
@Darkstar It isn't yet, but it probably will be soon. Once it becomes possible to edit car models, that will be my top priority.

@lukasvelozo The weather randomly changes once you have transported, though the snow effect in GTA V is very subtle.
@iamDosman You must download all the requirements and follow their install instructions. Then place my DLL inside the scripts folder that was made from the ScriptHookVDotNet installation.
@OneShotKot The traffic and people will be replaced in the next version
