@colellstation 1)i dont know what's your problem, use some of community gameconfigs like this and dont forget about heap adjuster, and you should be fine
2) used another gameconfig, then switched to this with some corrections done by me, to avoid the problem i've described, but had zero impact for my problem. generally speaking pick a gameconfig from this site that suits your ver of gta5
3) I take vehicles from this website and onother one, if it's an addon vehicle you have to tweak some .xml meta files, if ure interested u can reach me in discord: vasilevsky_a
@Seyth to fix license plates missing search for extraIncludes line in vehicles.meta for used car (prius17 for addon and dilettante for replace) and replace it with
<extraIncludes><Item>EXTRA_11 EXTRA_12</Item></extraIncludes>
few lines below find requiredExtras line and replace with
<requiredExtras>EXTRA_11 EXTRA_12</requiredExtras>
@Scott_Carter if ure still here mb you should make this fix in your given files
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CRASHES ON REPLACER VERSION: you need to copy animation info about RHD vehicle from Add-On/l111s/dlc.rpf/data/ai/vehiclelayouts.meta to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai/vehiclelayouts.meta , just copy items from all sections of mod meta file to the same sections of file in update rtf... worked for me at least
