An oversight, and fairly disrespective to the users.

Load up OpenIV, hit Ctrl+F3, type 'police2.yft' in search box, press [Search].
Right-click the 'police2.yft' in the latest (ie highest) patchday*ng (hint: patchday3ng :thumbsup:) folder path, select 'go to file' .
Type 'police2' in the 'Filter gta5' box (top right). There. That's where you install it (ie replace 'police2_hi.yft', 'police2.yft' & 'police2.ytd')

@SciGuy911 It's the same for every car. Drag and drop the .ytf and .ytd files in the latest Patchday folder, and the xml for ELS in ELS\pack_default\.
Where does the police2.xml go?
where do I put dark red lights at casue I don't see hot but that file anywhere I have all my blue lights on have the xml file in els
Everything is perfect, except the fact that headlights, tail lights and break lights are not working. :(

The Car works with the newest version as well. No problems at all. The car looks good, only problem are the lights. The car have no lights at the back at night time. The police lights are working but not the normal. But not a big problem.
For everyone that don't know how to install :
The path that works for me is ->
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday(x)ng (Copy to newest Patchday, the highest number)/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Copy police2.yft , police2.ytd and police2_hi.yft in there.
For the police2 xml file : GTAV/ELS/pack_default
Copy the police2.xml file in there
And you are redy to go!
In game use the Name "police2" to spawn but you should download the addon-car spawner
