Open dlclist.xml
Open OpenIV, select GTA V.
go to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
Open "Edit Mode" and press "Yes", then select "dlclist.xml", right click and press "Edit".

and press "Save"

I had an issue with the passenger Ped head poking through the roof of the car. Other than that, nice mod.
@oldtimergamer6351 The steering wheel in the game looks very small. lol
