First of all, big thanks to Ghost0912 and FilipJDM for letting me use thier car as a base.
Thanks to me, who made addon version, helping with bonnets and cambered version.

added a version with more camber.

You have to use Bennys or trainer to tune a car, in LS Customs half of parts arent availiable.
Installation
1. in openIV go to
gta5/update/x64/dlcpacks
Make a new folder named silvia3 and add the DLC.rpf file inside.
2. then navigate to
gta5/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch in openIV
make a new folder called silvia3 and add file content.xml
3. in openIV navigate to
/gta5/update/update.rpf/common/data and drag and drop dlclist.xml to desktop
open dlclist.xml and at the bottom of the list add
View in Readme
save it and left click on the dlclist.xml in openIV and click replace.
replace it with the one you added the line to.
4. Open gta5 and type silvia3 into a trainer to spawn the car.
This is a improvement of some textures and new tuning parts for his S14.
ADDON only!
There is no point in replaced version because it only can have few tuning parts.

14 Bumpers incl. 326 Power, Rocket Bunny, Vertex, URAS GT...
5 Cages
6 Overfenders
BUGS
wheels slightly pop through fenders.

@Everyone, for any addon that ends up with tuning errors, check carcols and carvariations, make sure the id value's are not conflicting with any other vehicles.

The wheels disappear when I'm in the car and when I move away the wheels become visible

how do i spawn this without camber on singleplayer?
@OdinPagan it has nothing to do with not careing. Its called having a family and a life outside of this, i.e. work, and also receiving no donations whatsoever for the hundreds of hours of work i put in, so motivation is lost. Why dont you try modding yourself before you claim someone doesnt care.
