This mod gives all vehicles a negative traction, causing them to spazz out whenever their tires touch the ground. Inspired by the Carmageddon mod from GTA IV. Sorry for the bad pictures.
Installation:
Use OpenIV to replace handling.meta in update.rpf/common. Make sure to make a backup!

it was called the raining cars mod,
could you not make this an asi mod so we can toggle it on or off
I can't go back to the original, it says unable to replace file
