Fiesta ST tuning file for the BLISTA

This mod allows the Ford Fiesta (2008) vehicle (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ford-fiesta-2008) to now accelerate and handle like a Fiesta ST (13-17). I spent alot of time working on this to get the performance just right.
This mod only modifies the original BLISTA section of the Handling.meta and does not use or take credit for any other works done including the above model.
What does this do?
===============
0-60 is roughly the same as the stock car (6.9 seconds to 60mph). Top speed isn't quite there but that was a trade off with amending the gear ratios to acquire a realistic acceleration outcome.
Also slightly amended the traction from standstill to allow slight wheel spin when launching.
This handling.meta file overwrites the BLISTA section of the handling.meta file. This can be swapped out for any other vehicle by changing the name. To manually install i have included
the snippet of code changes to the handling.meta below.

USAGE TIP:
==========
When you have installed below, please make sure to add a TURBO to the vehicle (either via the garage or a trainer whilst in the game). This will give the Fiesta (or your chosen vehicle) the correct
power to wheel-spin from standoff, and the correct power through the revs according to this setup.
Also - why not add the Fiesta ST stock turbo blow off sound. You can download my custom DUMP_VALVE.wav replacement from GTAV mods:

Hi folks, still working on this, trying to perfect the tuning more as i know there was some issues with traction and the overall acceleration not being quite right. Will update as soon as possible.
New 1.2 version released. This fixes some of the issues. I have now perfected overall acceleration and top speed (after 2 all-nighters of testing and adjusting parameters! :) ) Enjoy.
Looks like a great model design but it's not an ST. It's a 1.6 Zetec S. Give away is the bumpers and body kit are different from the ST.
