This is a Bravado Buffalo 1st gen (police2) with old gen interceptor livery including the badge, also with small improvements including air identification number, and rear decals.
The glass, dials, and steer works perfectly.
Now featuring back the missing spoiler and add the working spotlight.

Installation
Install with OpenIV:
Files from "Models and textures" folder to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Note
- The Lightbar, Spoiler, and Spotlight is set as extra. If you wish to spawn with all extras,
copy vehicles.meta to GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5, or add FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL to the vehicle's flag in vehicles.meta
- To prevent the lightbar from falling off the car during car crashes, add FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG to the vehicle's flag in vehicles.meta
- For unknown reason, if the spotlight turned on, the headlight only glow without light. Same case with Police Interceptor (police3).

Where's the improvement?
@RafaelSousaSam Air identification number, rear decals, and corrected "POLICE" sign. Combining Old and Next gen. Oh almost forget, thanks for the base texture @RafaelSousaSam!
