1. Drag and drop the "lamesapd" folder into mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Open dlclists.xml in mods>update>update.rpf>common>data
3. Make a new line and paste dlcpacks:/lamesapd/
4. Save and you're done

I love the car! You said this will be continued so ill add my 2 problems. There is no highbeams and the emergency lights are extremely dim(i dont have any graphics mods so thats probably why)

PLEASE always include the spawn name in your description or the readme file for people that dont use an add-on vehicle spawner. In this case the spawn name is not "lamesapd", its "lmpdfug"
@hairybison I kept the dlc folder as lamesapd because I plan on updating the Fugitive and eventually adding more vehicles.
