Looks nice! Not sure I understand the stance on no reskins. Doesn't exactly encourage the UK community to grow. You'd get far more downloads if you included a template and allowed others in the community to make different skins. Seems hypocritical for you to make and release skins for other people's mods but when you come to make & release a mod you say others can't do the same thing you've done... You can't have your cake and eat it too.

@Matty_T_98 i dont think a low rating is valid simply for not including a template at the time of you making that comment, one has been released so you can remove that rating if you wish to, but it is up to the creator whether they want to release the template. Personally i dont think that means they should get a lower rating because rating is for the mod not the other parts like a readme or template etc. I get it sounds a bit hypocritical but at the end of the say its his choice and you shouldn't really give this a low rating if the rating you gave isn't actually on the vehicle its self, but more a misc side option which the creator has to decide to release or not.

@tramter Why are GTAModder12345, Furkan and yourself allowed to ask for a template to be released but I'm not? What makes me any different? When I left my comment the template wasn't released. If it wasn't why would I mention it? In the same way it is up to the creator to release a template or not it is up to me what rating I leave. Please don't go around telling people they should change their rating and why their rating is wrong because you don't like it. People are allowed to have opinions that differ to yours. Whilst you may not think the rating is valid I obviously think it is otherwise it wouldn't have been left. Things like a readme or a template are part of a mod, not just the model itself, lacking these aspects are a perfectly valid reason to deduct stars from a rating. I get that you might be trying to help a friend out by asking people to leave higher ratings but that can just encourage people to leave a lower rating.

@Matty_T_98 yes i get that its an opinion, but the difference between our comments and yours is the fact we rated the vehicle which is what this mod was specifically uploaded as. not a vehicle with a template, not a lamppost changer, not a ped, just a vehicle. we asked for the template as a side thing and it was up to notchapple whether he wanted to do that or not which is fine, but it isnt a requirement to include it. I wasn't demanding you to remove or change your rating, i was just hoping i could convince you to reconsider the way you rate things. I notice you haven't released anything in nearly a year, and on all your mods they are four/five stars, so im beginning to think that you might not know that low ratings are quite demoralising, especially on vehicles as they have to do the setups, find all the textures etc etc, and for someone to leave a negative rating regardless of the reasoning or context, is demoralising. Obviously if this vehicle was rubbish (which this is not) and the skin was low quality etc then a low rating would be understandable, but for small reasons like no templates is just a bit petty. Everyone else in this comment section managed to ask for a template without it having an impact on their overall rating of the mod, and we got the template that we wanted. Again im not telling or demanding you to change your rating, but i personally think something as minor as that doesnt deserve a 2 star deduction, especially as you said it 'looks nice'. implying to me that the only reason you gave it three stars is due to the lack of template at the time of you downloading/viewing the mod.
