2. open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "< Item>dlcpacks:/umkroamer/< /Item>"

@Riley_savile69 I'm sorry that I only have a PC but no Xbox, so I have no idea. Can Xbox use mod? I mean OpenIV?

@ThEdEsTrOyEr_242 I'm afraid there is no plan. Dubsta is a cool car, but I prefer to make American police cars at present. Cavalcade is OK. Maybe I'll make an unmarked version in the future.
