Shrewsbury shotguns, famous for... what exactly? Well I sure hope it isn't for the Pump Action shotgun, with it's arbitrary mixing of a modern stock, pointless rails, an uncomfortable grip, and dogshit sights. Luckily, someone finally managed to get that through to the higher-ups, and a new- well, old, design was hastily modified, and presented to suit the vast San Andreas law enforcement and civilian markets, mainly because nobody in the state seems to understand how to hold or use a straight line stock.
Lorified Remington 870, model taken from Insurgency: Sandstorm and modified to work in game. These weapons replace the Pump Shotgun and it's fuck ugly fancy luxury variant. The main weapon is a full size lethal shotgun, and is intended as such. The luxe variant however, has been set up with a shorter magazine tube and various different tints designed to better emulate a beanbag shotgun. (renaming the luxe variant to the sawed-off shotgun model name and installing this mod beforehand means the beanbag shotguns could actually be used as such.)
Features:
Tints that can be customized.
Working weapon animations and attachments.
Working first person view and functional sights.
Known Issues:
Suppressor isn't lined up perfectly with barrel, only really noticeable if you look for it.
Installation:
Extract the files from the archive and put them in basically any .rpf archive that's from a recent update. Or you can do what I do, which is put modded weapons in an addon dlc, in which case I'd recommend using albo's one. Oh yeah, also, use your mods folder. Come on people, this isn't difficult.
Permissions:
Free for all to use in FiveM, singleplayer, etc.
Free to modify and redistribute privately, provided no money is being made.
Do not convert this model to work with other games.

@AllenKennedy I am currently using that and the menyoo but doesn't work. Will try to replace all the models with the short mag tube one and see if that works
@AllenKennedy I tried to rename the luxe.ydr and the luxe_hi.ydr and use them to replace the ordinary ydr and hi.ydr file. Now I am only using the version I want and it is fine now. Thanks for your patience bro:)

@AllenKennedy is this a replacement or can it be also an addon? I don't like replacing already existing weapons in gta v and wondered if I could just spawn this weapon in with a trainer.

I just want to ask, how to enable the luxe variant of this gun? And also, how to try the different tints of the gun like in the pictures above? I've been trying for days now and I can't seem to find how.
i would like to know how did you put that suppressor on the shotgun because for me its the luxe version and on the normal version i have the grey suppressor ( the same used on the carbine )

@WeteranBF3 Nah, that just means that you use a blank DLC to overwrite existing weapons, without having to hunt through loads of base game dlcs to find the most up-to-date model to replace. You can make these into addons, but I have no idea how.

Good work on the shotgun. I personally removed all branding from the firearm to have a generic shotgun for LE. Nice work, hope to see an AR platform from you in the feature.
@AllenKennedy For use with LSPDFR and the UltimateBackup plugin, can you make it so that textures are used instead of tints as an optional file? I want to make it so that backup units have a chance of having the beanbag shotgun, and a pure black tint instead of being able to use an orange texture isn't really realistic.
@Rizencraft Well you can open the tint pallate in paint and change the colour values for the default tint on the luxe version, then just have the luxe version be an attachment they can have, though I was kind of hoping that lspdfr would have bothered to impliment tints by now. Also because of how the tint system works, I do not have standard textures for it at all, it's all grey, and the tint colour is applied.
@AllenKennedy Would you be willing to walk me through how I would go about doing that? Dragging and dropping the ytd files into Paint or trying to convert them to .otd to see what I can do with them has not worked so far.
@Rizencraft you literally just gotta replace the _dpal.dds file inside the .ytd
