Features:
- Replaced Old Grill w/ Modern Grill
- Added/Removed Some Vegetation
- Removed Vehicle w/ Tarp Over It (Collisions have been modified as well)
- Added Decor Around The House (Both Front and Back)
- Fences Opened Fully In Front
Installation:
FIVEM: Place "grovestreet" folder in resources, add "ensure grovestreet" to server.cfg then restart server.
SP: Drop folder to update\x64\dlcpacks and edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data then add line: "dlcpacks:\grovestreet\" at the bottom
Bugs:
Reports Of Crashing Game (FiveM Version) - Resolved
Blue Tarp Under Carport Still Visible (SP Version) - Resolved

love the car port.... real life like... thanks for this
fivem version gives off random crashes, for "map primitives". Can see the house from a distance, then crash happens when you move closer to the house.
@geniusofgta I'll look into it, in the meantime do you have any other MLOs//YMAPs in the area that could inflict with it? Also, clear your server cache.
@geniusofgta I've looked through the files and tested the YMAP on 3 different test servers with different assets. I was unable to recreate the issues you're experiencing. If you could possibly let me know the error code you are receiving when your game crashes.
Clean YMAP
SP version, the blue covered car is still in the driveway and i cant removed it
