===========ABOUT THE MOD==================
->It is My First GTA V Mod.
->The mod changes the interiors of Franklin's Villa (Second Safe-House).
->The old vanilla textures are replaced by new textures aiming to give it the look of a Luxary House/Villa.
->This mod also adds new props and lights. (Premium Version Only, available on my Patreon)
Detailed Description:
Features :
1.Complete replacement of vanilla textures.
-Changes all four wall textures.
-Changes all six canvas paintings.
-Changes textures of sofa and pillow.
-Changes textures of all the rugs.
-Changes textures of all the doors.
2. Adds two types floortiles--Black marble and White tiles with golden strips.
3. Adds perfect specular and bump textures on floor tiles and walls, that is, the reflections on the walls and floor tiles
will be according to their geometry.
Premium Features : (Not included in this pack)
1. Adds one new canvas painting in the lounge area.
2. Adds new lighting below the stairs.
3. Adds new emissive textures to kitchen units.
4. Replaces old textures of kitchen units.
5. Adds lighting to canvas paintings located in dark areas.
6. Replaces the three overhead paintings in bedroom with a new one.
7. Adds an inbuilt wall aquarium (Replaces old sound system)
8. Adds 65+ new decorative props (potted plants, ceiling fans, hanging lights, figures, etc.)

Great textures, I love parallax textures, and if you make more similar texture fixes, it will be very appealing.

@gtavjamal Welcome💗. No, sorry I don't own this mlo. I didn't even know that there's a mlo to open other interiors of the house. And second thing that I noticed is that it is only for FiveM version. I don't know how to work on FiveM, I only have single player version. Even after all this, I might need legal permission for the authoe to make any change(s). So, overall, I won't be doing it.
But but but
Since now I know that there is a way to open interiors using mlo, I'll definitely create my own mlo with vanilla and other textures support.
I'll need time for this one.

@Yash-fantasy-mods Yeah I only play SP, I don't use FiveM so I converted that mlo from FiveM to SP. I sent you a message invite on Instagram.
@Yash-fantasy-mods Pretty good. I might have even gone Patreon, but, ngl, not liking that aquarium you put in place of the record player rack.
@meimeiriver I added it following the theme. It's a working aquarium model with animated fishes in it. The record player was looking different from the rest of the house after mapping props, specifically with those two posters behind it. It's completely fine if you don't like, everyone has different likings.💗

@gtavjamal it would look awesome buy that will be very impractical. I have something in my mind about it. It will be available in future.
@Yash-fantasy-mods yeah but impracticality in this instance is not an issue when you have baller money like franklin. he pays the professionals to do all the maintenance etc. billionaires build houses on cliff tops and crazy locations. im sure they could design a easily accessible setup to put a fish tank in the wall lol. other good spots would be along the ground floor hallway or in franklins bedroom above the headboard.
