Adds some scenarios and emergencies happening around the San Andreas Highways.
Features
-Construction on highway with pipes, lights, trucks, barriers, workers, & more
- 2 (seperate) Car fires with firemen, firetrucks, police securing scene, & paparazzi/news
-Traffic Police Stops
-Car Crash with EMS analyzing, cars on fire/smoke, firefighters discussing, & Sheriffs
-Broken Down Trucks with AAA helping out
-More will be added in future & don't forget to report bugs before you rate negatively!

-added another construction site on the highway in East LS witth workers working on truck, repairing traffic signs, & more
-added more traffic stops

-added lost mc party at a north chumash restaurant right next to highway
-added illegal immigrant truck and illegal immigrants getting investigated by border patrol

-added robbed armored truck crime scene + investigation
-added pickup out of control accident

@gtamatt1000 First install the Map Editor by @Guadmaz and all the tools that it requires. Then, drag hs5.xml to your GTAV main directory. After, when in game with it installed, press F7, use the arrow keys down to "Load Map", select XML with enter, then type in "hs5".

@DevinKan when i type hs5 it said that the files was emty.Could you help me with that?
@Lucifer_hp999 type in "hs12" for version 1.2 or "hs14" for version 1.3.

@DevinKan What if we're using LSPDFR? Will your mod work well with it, or no?
@Arariel It will work just fine with LSPDFR, the peds will be recognized just as any other ped, and you can plate check, tow the vehicles, etc.

Why are the emergency lights not activated on the vehicles that are at some of the points? Is their a way to turn them on?
And i have only seen one event. The illegals in the truck stopped by the prangers.
is it spawn randomly or its spawns always?
