Uses Map Editor:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor

Installation:
Place "jail" file inside of your GTA V main directory. Than launch your game and open Map Editor "F7" and Load the map with "jail".

THERE ARE TWO PARTS OF THIS MOD! BOTH ARE NEAR EACH OTHER!
