@erfet but I tried what it says on the read me . . . but it still doesn't work. im getting tired of re installing the game

I just tried this out and now I seem to be having aporblem starting the game up. It says that one of the files is either deleted or not found. I opened the Iv thing to add your file in for the car mod and also made a back up for the current car thats going to be modded but it seems that the car mod is not working. I tried replacing the car mod with the original file but it still wont load the game . . . . . .. . .Can you people at least make a god dam video on how you use this stupid Open IV bs instead of just saying where to go and replace a dam fucking file? Seriously not everyone is aware of what they're doing when it comes to moding god dam cars.

@MAFINS I see. well Ive recently tried changing clothes for the multiplayer female skin ped but nothnig seem to happen when I change the numbers (The numbers do work) it just remains with the default outfit. How do I fully control the wardrobe? Can't really seem to change anything with the multiplayer ped skin besides that I cant seem to even save a outfit . . .how do you properly save a clothing outfit? sorry if this may annoy you but im one of the people that good taste in clothing when ever they play thanks!
