This loading screen will replace the Beach Lady with Gta v logo.
INSTALLATION:
1. Start OpenIV.exe
2. Activate Edit mode
3. Go to update/update.rpf/x64/data/cdimages/scaleform_frontend.rpf/
4. Open loadingscreen_startup.ytd
5. Click the picture "beach_fg"
6. Click Replace
7. Replace with "beach_fg" in the archive
8. Click "beach_bg" and then click Replace
9. Replace it with "beach_bg" in the archive
Enjoy the new loading screen

Not sure why this is getting low ratings. It looks nice and a nice change of pace on the loading screens. Excellent job.
I finally understand the usefullness of this mod: Sometimes I don't know if I'm starting GTA V or Solitarie. With this mod you will see the game logo TWICE, so you will never open GTA V thinking that it was Minesweeper by mistake again. I can't believe how no one made this before. Oh and also my game runs a lot smoother. 5/5
