@Giovanni130 Your mod looks awesome. I have really big shutter issues when driving, and it seems that this mod can fix it. The problem is, when i replace the files and try to start the game, the error pops out and says: "Corrupt game data. Please reboot or reinstall the game."
Is it possible to fix this? Or am i doing something wrong?
This is what i did:
1. Opened openiv
2. opened update.rpf
3. Went to common>data>timecycle
4. pressed edit mode
5. replaced the files
6. ran the game

I fixed the problem, i forgot to install OPENIV loader plugin.
Though the mod didn't helped me at all.
Specs:
GPU: Geforce GT 740M
CPU: Intel Core i5-3337U @ 1.80GHZ (up to 2.7GHZ)

Ok so what this mod does is decrease the viewing distance, it basically places a large dome over the player that he cannot see outside of. It's hardly noticeable when in the city where your viewing distance isn't that large anyway due to the buildings obstructing your view. It does become very noticeable outside it and when flying, though. This gives a bunch of extra FPS but really ruins your flying experience and panoramic views. For me, it's worth it. This is what it looks like:

Basically it's great for laptops and weak PCs, but I'd only use it as a last resort.

Warning! Don't use this at all - I've had this installed in "mods" folder and my game runs in DirectX 10 and it started crashing after driving for short time. I've found this mod was the root of the issue because when I removed that "Timecycle Lag Fix" and tried with only this excluded and all other mods still active, the crashes stopped completely. I'm highly NOT RECOMMEND to use this because game may get terrible unstable (as in my case) with this graphic mod and crashing a lot!

... these mods that claim things like "lag fix" but really its just "lowers your settings to increase frames" T_T

I know this might sound like a noobish question but how do I uninstall this mod. I have a Ryzen 3 2200g and when I downloaded this mod I only had 4gb of RAM. I've upgraded my RAM to 8gb so now my PC is capable of running GTA by itself. I need to uninstall this mod because it gives me weird texture glitches. I didn't make any backup whatsoever of the OG files
