it does gta 5 error with the fallout skin because its png !! and i tryed to turn it to be a uni but does not work how can i fix this thing ?

can somebody tell me how to install it? when i open the .rar file the skin is .png even if i put the .png in my game with open IV it does not work. i got trainerV so i can change my clothes easy. i need help please.
