PLEASE REMEMBER TO BACK UP ALL FILES

1) Open OpenIV with "Edit Mode" on

2) Go to GTA V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds[underscore]players.rpf/player[underscore]one (for Franklin)

3) Import the files

4) Enjoy
