To Install Place both xml files in c:/Programfiles/Rockstar Games/Menyoostuff/Outfits
(For Skin Control)
To Install you could either place the skin control.ini to where your game is installed or open the skin control.ini with notepad to copy the saved characters and paste it on to your skin control.ini along with your saved characters if you made skins of your own and do not want to replace or loose your customized skins then save it after very simple, you must also own skin Control in order for you to load the characters.

@Rose_Evolucion lmao you do whatever, from somebody who makes clothing mods and other player mods, it gets repetitive when there are a ton of 18+ Skin Changer configs being made. If that's what you enjoy, go ahead and do it tho
