@mon1812 hey dude, idk if u figured it out but i came across something a bit strange. so, if i open it with winrar and look at the files i can see their size. then i go into the location the assembly file says it is, and i look at the size of that file and i see it is not at all the same file as the one in the WoV folder. and further more, the wov_expansion and wov files in openiv files are about 242 whereas the folders themselves are 263. so some megabytes have gone off grid it seems. but it doesnt make sense since all the files that weren't in those folders didnt go out and replace the original ones since there is a clear size difference between them. and the files in the openiv locations dont have a world of variety text added to them which the files in the winrar folder has. so im saying, try deleting the wov_expansion and wov folder in openIV that the package downloaded and see if it helps. with me, i've experienced a crash but dont know if it's because of that since i have a bit more mods on the side as well. but try it if u havent come across another way
@Community i need help. you told us to backup our mods folders which i did but whenever i play with the version without this mod in the mods folder, the game still has a performance hit just like when i play with the folder that apparently has the mod.
@mon1812 well, i dont know if this will work but since the file for the mod contains all the files and what they are, you'd have to replace all those with the original in openIV. and thats gonne be a pain in the ass because of how much this much changes on.
well, idk what went wrong but i have both this mod and the cscenario point patch but it still wont load all of them. i imported all the scenario files into where it was supposed to go with openIV but still some scenarios dont load. such as the paleto bay bank and the cops at franklin's towing impound area
@wyruzzah HMMMM and the problem is, it is hard to uninstall because it cant be done automatically... well damn. but just in case, do you know how to uninstall?
i dont know if it is only me but i have experienced FPS drops but i have no idea if this mod causes that. has somebody experienced the same? im not 100% sure its this mod, but it is the only big mod i have
