Okay, I tapped reload key and work fine without peds & guards option!

Without show peds & guards option,
after I robbed ALTA bank (=Hit G key then alarm cutscene), I teleported BANHAM CANYON bank.
So I enabled show peds & guards option, and no teleporting occur. (FPS drops too though)

And I found SHOWHELIBLIPS option's description is same as SHOWHIDEOUTBLIPS option's one.
Very minor lol

In my case, no. But some report fps drop.
Maybe depend on your PC, but I think this is very efficient script despite its big visual improvement

@xxx78 If waypoint is not activated, nothing will change.
When it activated, my fps drops 10-20.
So I'm currently not using this... I still like this mod though

@poromies00 Delete some garages you don't use. It greatly increased performance for me
