Hello again, I don't know if I saw it correctly but I went through La Mesa I saw LSPD cars but if I don't remember correctly the station had the SAHP logo. How do I change parked cars?

My only problem was the merryweather mission, where you have to use a cargobob and it wouldn't let me since it was an annihilator.
It is compatible with better chases +?
