@EddoWagt Aye. That is the car author's work to work with proper hand placement on steering wheel on the process of converting the car for GTA V. :)

@EddoWagt Hi, if it's for sound fix you're asking, changing the engine sound of a police car to another one, e.g., changing POLICE2 sound to DOMINATOR will mute the police siren and the radio can be used for some reason. AFAIK, there is no solution yet to change engine sounds for police cars. As for FOV and Handling, I'd love to do it when I've got some free time from work.
