hope you reply my question about why my enhanced native trainer are always disappear if i press f5

HI hope someone can help me i just mistake enter on enhanced native trainer on the vehicle track then i click the save vehicle then put 15 save vehicle permanently but after i did that i close the gta 5 then i open again until the loading is done i start to press the f5 after press that it will now automatically disappear can someone help me i have low iq on this hope someone can answer my question on how to fix it so that i can use enhanced native trainer again so i can play happy
