@Mevlann I had the same issue. Double check your ScriptHook file. The version of ScriptHook copied in my root directory was 6 KB for some reason, but when I re-downloaded it again, it was like 1,168 KB. Hopefully this puts you in the right direction.
I'm a noobie at this stuff, but how do you check your dclist.xml or gameconfig.xml, and then what would you be checking for? I haven't been able to open my trainer menu at all.
Since this script hook isn't working for me right now, is there another temporary alternative for modding single player?
