1:Copy update folder to
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2:Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line
dlcpacks:\t2000gt\
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
Spawn it by name 2000gt

Should add GTA V licence plate and convert to Left Hand Drive.

There seems to be no handling.meta file within the folder, although in the readme there is a location to put it in.

No enter / exit animation? I get stuck in the car every time I get out because of that, but nice mod either way.
Does anyone know how to fix it, so when I get out of the car, I get out on the right side?
