I liked the fact that Rockstar had the Kuruma make a return in GTA5, even though it's not the sedan it used to be. Regardless, I thought it would be cool to make a FIB version of the car, since there was a federal version of the vehicle in an old installment of GTA.
This car comes jam packed with unmarked lights, as well as making the spoiler a component. So you can chose to have the car sporting the spoiler, or not.

Please, add tint for windows, lightbars are too visible for unmarked/undercover car, IMHO.

There is tint added to the windows. By default, the game doesn't apply the tint to the front windshield.
I applied the tint using this command in the vehicles.meta file: <diffuseTint value="0x88000000" />

This mod doesn't replace any car, it's an add-on.
@Custo Any way you could add a skin/template for this? I know there is a marked Kuruma out there, but the skin is very limited and really awkward to edit, and the creator hasn't been seen for a while. Just to add this has been my fav unmarked car of all time!
guys can u help pls? Everything done by the guide in readme file. I can spawn the car but the car is pretending to be a civilian car, without enabling or swtiching on/off the sirens, it just sounds the horn.
evrything is ok on me, but i can't spawn the car...
@Custo I was using this car before but when i move this file from another dlc and then i try to spawn it the game got crash. So i cant use this car, i have no idea how to fix this, even i tried to reinstall my game. If anyone having a solution pls help, because i got some cars errors after i moved them :((
