Realistic and smooth handling for the SF90

Installation:
Open OpenIV and got to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/fersf90fh5/dlc.rpf/data/
Enable edit mode
Right click and click add and put handling.meta in the folder.
Open GTA v and use a spawner to spawn the car.
car spawn name : fersf90fh5
