All day I face the barren waste, without the taste of water. Sandwiched between two deserts in Southern San Andreas, the Colorado and the Mojave, Senora National Park is one of the most uninhabitable places in North America. So of course we put a park there, why not. US Park Rangers take up the job of visitor and resource protection, but it's far from glamorous. Park Rangers are five times more likely to be assaulted than US border patrol officers, and 12 times more likely to be attacked than FIB agents, so if you enjoy being assaulted by drunk rednecks this is the job for you.
