Devastating semi-automatic shotgun favoured by LCPD tactical teams. Apparently every Police Cruiser has one in the trunk, don't ask how i know that.
This mod brings back the Combat Shotgun from GTA IV, precisely The Lost & Damned DLC. Complete with improved quality model, attachment support and tints. Due to the way the gun is modelled it might be a bit rough around the edges. The normals might not be perfect sometimes but i did the best i can to mitigate these issues.
Despite it's potential flaws, this is still one of my favourite mods i've ever done, i've put a lot of effort into recreating the textures and certain parts of the model that were deemed too low quality.
The gun is based on existing Combat Shotgun so it uses the same animation set etc, stat wise it's pretty much a replica of GTA IV with all the extras from V.

* Dragon's Breath Shells
* Flechette Shells
* Big Suppressor (Inspired by No Country For Old Men, supports tints)
* Rails (Adds side rails on the front of the gun to mount accesssories, i made this as attachment because i know some people will prefer the slightly cleaner IV style look)
* Flashlight
* Red Laser (Requires LaserSights.asi from RDE)
* Green Laser (Requires LaserSights.asi from RDE)
Available Tints:
* Black
* Green
* Gold
* Pink
* Army
* LSPD
* Orange
* Platinum
Credits:
* Rockstar Games - Original assets from GTA V and GTA IV
* Slick (Me) - The mod
Installation:
1.Open the zip and then drag and drop the "slick_tacticalshotgun" folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2.Add slick_tacticalshotgun entry to dlclist.xml located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data (Look at original lines for reference).
Weapon spawn name is WEAPON_TACTICALSHOTGUN.
This mod fully supports AddonWeapons, interact with the crate and find the weapon in shotguns category.

@HeySlickThatsMe Bro my advanced mg suddenly lost sounds last night, installed all necessary files correctly but sound disappeared for no reason. I removed my oither addon weapons and weapon sound mods, but nothing help. Any ideas?
@gentlejoey123458 Advanced MG requires this script for the sound to work properly https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addon-weapon-audio-compatibility-script however i want to make an update at some point that will change the sound and get rid of this dependency

I can't go into stealth mode by pressing control with this gun. Any help, quick search says it might be a .meta issue?
@MrButterHoles i've set up all meta's correctly though, are you playing as MP character? MP characters don't have working stealth animations by default unless a mod is used to fix it
@HeySlickThatsMe I did not know that. I am playing an MP Character in lspdfr of course so I assume that may be why. Sorry for the trouble!

@Nakdong27305 It's gonna be a while before that, the next weapon will be Automatic Pistol (CZ75 from TLAD)
@Nakdong27305 Just a check-in, Automatic Pistol is delayed, the next gun will probably be Assault MG from beta version of the game (HK21)
Without a doubt this is one of the best weapon add-on in GTA5. I also recommend the Assault Sniper and the new ProSMG from this author. These gun mods not only have good look but also comes with functionality, the only thing missing is weapon icon. I'll look foward to be seeing more guns mod from the author, especially lore-friendly guns and guns from previous GTA installments.

@Nakdong27305 Primary reason is me not having a good enough model for combat sniper, and there are other things that are higher on my priority
