Designer House [Menyoo][Map Builder]creat by me.
the Designer House is a big mansion with many rooms infront of the north sea of the GTA5 map.
level 0 - leaving room - kitchen - dining room - garage 1 vehicle near the entrance
level 1- 3 bedrooms - 1 office - 1 home cinema room - 1 bathroom - 1 balcony
level 2 [roof]- 1 terasse on the roof - 1 helicopter place on the roof
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) VERY IMPORTANT.
HOW TO INSTAL:
A] ADDON [ymap file]
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
copy and paste folder "custom maps"
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
to: mods update.rpf common data
Or,
when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the file :
Designer House.ymap
[Addon] (don t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
B] MENYOO [xml file]
Copy:
Designer House.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:
Designer House.xml
(You will be teleported infront of your new house ) :)
Changelogs:
v1.0 creat the disigner house
v1.2 add the swimming pool, and add some few light around the swiming pool.

If you prefert without swiming pool take the first version. ( it's lighter :-)
@zamalone Dude, how are you getting these builds to work? Is there some fix on Map Builder's end? I try to load props with more than 600+ props with Menyoo/Map Builder and Menyoo craps out. I've opened older maps that have few or no MB props that are 700+ and no prob! Any info you can provide will be appreciated.
@iammistahwolf Hi, you need probably to install :Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.2
@zamalone Yeah, got that back in Aug 22. Value's cranked over 40k and Menyoo still crashes with large builds with MB props. I've tried everything I can think of included increasing the Heap value, Object Pool Size and adding more Virtual RAM. I also updated Map Builder (free versions) with no luck. This only happened after the damn 'Contract' dlc which caused other problems with Menyoo and mods in general.
