Information
This mod fixes a bunch of map related issuses (collisions, models and textures).
For a complete list of fixes, check "Fixes.txt".
Requirements
OpenIV.asi
Mods folder.
Installation
Move the "spmappatches1" and "spmappatches2" folders in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks".
Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/spmappatches1/</Item>" and "<Item>dlcpacks:/spmappatches2/</Item>" to the "dlclist.xml".

Fixed a floating bush near the vineyard and a wrongly rotated bus stop at Rockford Hills.
Removed the High Life update garage and the FIB office interiors. Standalone versiones can be found here: 1, 2.
Removed the script (no longer necessary). A standalone version with just the Michael's mansion wc window fix can be found in the "Optionals" folder (all the instructions are in a text file).
Removed the for sale signs maps. It can be reinstalled by getting the files from the "Optionals" folder (all the instructions are in a text file).
Updated both dlc packs.

Heads-up for NVE users: the palm tree (?) retexture added with v6.0 conflicts with NVE's own palms. Pic: https://i.imgur.com/1H4r1vG.jpg I "fixed" this by deleting the 3 palm tree related .ytd files in spmappatches1/mappatch_txds.rpf

@Yoko Daisuke Actually, that's not a real issue (the IPL for that place is unloaded by default). Anyway, either install this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/vagos-savehouse-1-0-0-mlo or load "bkr_bi_id1_23_door" with an IPL loader or a script.
