@SnakeSlippers Play around with it and find what works best for you.
@thepaperigetit I tried that mission, and their cars are scripted, so they're indestructible and can't be pushed off their pre-determined path. Were you talking about them spinning you out so you fail? You're not really supposed to pass them, that's why they rubberband past you once you do.
Increase VehicleVarietyMultiplier in settings.xml. I'm making progress with traffic, though, and that will be in the next update.
@thepaperigetit There are some variables that I think affect that, but I never really learned how they work. All I can tell you is to go to update.rpf > x64 > data > tune > vehicletasks.ymt
And mess around with these variables:
Less likely but maybe worth trying:
@MikeyRules Sorry, I was thinking of the Dominator GTT. Although most modern cars are electronically limited, so it's all theoretical.
@MrHindsight I really can't say, you run into problems you don't expect all the time. Hopefully soon.
@MikeyRules This mod does not edit top speeds. LDNENG and I are looking for help creating a realistic top speed option for this mod though. It's a lot of work. BTW, the Dominator GTX would only reach 156 kph with realistic top speed and gearing.
@Rumblestrut @garboeld @MrHindsight Actually it looks like the gameconfig alone doesn't help, only increasing VehicleVarietyMultiplier in settings.xml. I think I've found the issue with traffic, though, and that will be in the next update.
@ZER0077 @theninja35 Go to: update.rpf > x64 > data > carvariations.ymt, search for "policet", "police", "police 2" and "police3" and change the number 127 to 0 for each.
@MrHindsight @garboeld @Rumblestrut So the traffic thinning issue can be solved either by increasing VehicleVarietyMultiplier in settings.xml or using one of G7YO's gameconfigs that increase traffic: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
