Here is a USMC AAV for GTA V. These vehicles are used to transport troops ashore. The AAV is able to drive on land and in water. This mod can do both of those things as well. Additionally, it can seat 10 people with a custom seat layout (if the people walk towards the left rear, drive forward a little).
The armament includes a grenade launcher and machine gun. The turret hatch, rear door and top passenger hatches can be opened. Lights work and the wavebreaker at the front can be operated as well.

Yeah, it's not bad. The setup is nice. Reminds me of riding in one. However, it's waaaaay too 'floaty' in the water. Minor swells has the thing 'flying' out of the water! On land, the handling is spot on. There is an issue with peds literally getting stuck in the tracks (not a pretty sight.) My main beef, is the peds have no freakin' clue how to get into the thing. If under fire, they just mill about 'smartly' and get gunned down. Even when you open the rear hatch for them, they can't seem to get the concept of going in. My other beef isn't something on you. Can anyone stop turrets from glitching when peds shoot at them? Jeeze one little 'pea-shooter' causes all turrets to glitch back to the original position. It's dumb. Make it stop please....

@Skylinegtrfreak Hello! Installed your mod, everything is fine, I liked it! BUT! Instead of a hand grenade, the character now has an Amtrak grenade in his hand! After removing Amtrak, the hand grenade reappeared! Hope you fix it!

@SkylineGTRFreak Very nice, but there are 2 things: 1. The tracks are going in the wrong direction. 2. not all peds can enter the vehicle for some reason and will just constantly run into the side of the vehicle.

I guess I should also mention that if you sway the turret very quickly, the vehicle sways with it, almost like the vehicle is very light. Maybe slowing down the turret spin-speed might help
